Free Shipping:
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders, with no minimum order amount.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
- COD is available for orders below ₹2500
- COD availability can be checked on the product page.
Shipping Costs:
- Shipping cost is calculated based on product weight.
- Final shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout.
Delivery Timeframe:
- Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days in major metro cities.
- For other locations, delivery can take 8–10 business days.
- Please add 3 extra days for custom stitching orders.
Shipping Partners:
We ship via trusted domestic logistics providers such as Shiprocket, Xpressbees, Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and others.

Shipping Charges:
- Charges vary by country and product weight.
- Rates will be shown at checkout.
Cash on Delivery:
COD is not available for international orders.
Custom Duties & Import Taxes:
These are the customer's responsibility and must be paid separately, as per the destination country's laws.
Delivery Timeline:
- International orders are delivered within 15–20 working days.
- Please allow an additional 4–5 working days for custom stitching.

Orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are processed and shipped within 2 working days upon payment confirmation.
Delays may occur due to:

- Shipping restrictions
- Payment authorizations
- Product availability
- Weather conditions or strikes
