  • Customer satisfaction is our top priority, that's why we offer a very generous 2-days, questions-asked return and exchange policy.
  • Kindly be informed that the customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our address for the return or exchange process. We will reimburse appropriate amount for the return shipping cost.(Note :- This is not applicable in 2-days return and exchange policy)
  • Additionally, if the order needs to be resent, the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping charges.
  • To initiate return or exchange requests, please contact us via email at brotherhoodenterprise211.com within 2 days from the date of receiving the product. Returns or exchanges cannot be processed through any other medium.
  • Refunds will only be processed through Online Payment Methods.

  • Please allow 2-3 working days after the product is received back at our warehouse.
Cancellation Policy
  • If you decide to cancel your order, our company allows cancellations within 24 hours from your website account.
  • For prepaid order cancellations, a deduction of 5% as payment gateway charges will apply.

  • Please note that once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If you cancel your prepaid order within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 working days of the cancellation.
  • If you do not receive your refund within 7 working days, feel free to contact us.
For the following condition, the product is not applicable for return or exchange.
  • If the product is customized or ready-made according to the customer's size, it cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition; if a product is damaged or not in its original condition, it cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Orders placed using store credit cannot be exchanged or returned.
  • Multiple returns from a single customer are not applicable.
  • After 2 days of product received to the customer, we are not providing any type of return or exchange.
  • The Product unboxing video is required in case the product is damaged or missing or wrong product received.

1. Exchange Only – 
We do offer exchanges on most items within 2 days of the purchase date.
Eligibility for Exchange:
  • Item must be in original condition – unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving the product.
2. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or an item that does not match your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery at brotherhoodenterprise211@gmail.com.
Please include:
  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Provide clear photos and unedited unboxing video showing the issue
Once we verify the problem, we’ll approve the return and provide further instructions.
Note: Returns are only accepted in cases of damage or order mismatch, and only after our team completes the verification.
3. Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
  • If approved, the refund will be credited to your online payment method within 5 business days.
Shipping Costs:
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless:
    • We sent the wrong item, or
    • The item is damaged or defective
      In such cases, a prepaid return label will be provided.

Note: Returns without proper documentation will not be accepted.

If your item is damaged or defective, contact us within 2 days of receipt. After verification, we’ll arrange for a replacement or refund.
7. Refund Timeline
